⟡ production time takes max. of 4 weeks and is subject to change depending on the delays or holidays by the manufacturer. this is beyond my control.⟡ order confirmations (with masterlist attached) are sent via email after the pre-order event. but you will be able to receive an autoresponder email immediately after checkout, indicating that you have successfully placed an order.⟡ strictly NO CANCELLATIONS. all pre-orders are payment upon checkout.⟡ international group orders are accepted as long as hosts can provide PH address.

▼ PACKAGING / SHIPMENT

⟡ the packing process takes the longest as i'm a one-man team (assembling the acrylics + packing). hoping for your understanding!⟡ local shipping notices will be sent via email after all orders are packed and ready to be dispatched (no rush shipping)⟡ i am not liable for any damages or delays in the shipment caused by the courier. thus, rest assured that all orders are packed safely.⟡ shipping schedule depends on my availability, please be reminded that i am a student and i don't have control over my schedule.⟡ once orders have been picked up, updates are posted in my extension account @yoondaez. for tracking numbers, please send your complete name via dms.

⟡ if you received an incomplete, defected, and wrong order, please provide an unboxing video without cuts. everything will be settled thru dms.⟡ refunds will ONLY be issued once the buyer recieved a defected item. this only applies if i have not noticed the damage beforehand. damages made by the courier is not applicable for refunds.⟡ if you received an incomplete order, i will ship the missing item/s and shoulder the shipping fee. no refunds will be issued unless the missing order is already unavailable.
